Shipping Information
Important: Signature confirmation is required to be eligible for shipping damage claims. Please ensure this option is selected at checkout to protect your purchase.
Packaging & Protection
Every graded comic is shipped with the utmost care using collector-grade packaging materials. We use double-walled reinforced mailers with shock-absorbing foam padding to ensure your investment arrives in the same pristine condition it left our hands.
Shipping Methods & Signature Confirmation
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Full insurance coverage for the item's value is included only when signature confirmation is selected at checkout. Without signature confirmation, shipments are not eligible for damage claims or insurance coverage.
- Domestic (US): 2-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx
- Signature Confirmation: Required for insurance coverage and damage claim eligibility

Insurance & Tracking
Shipments with signature confirmation include full insurance coverage for the purchase price. All orders include tracking information, which you will receive via email once your order ships. Please note: without signature confirmation, your shipment is not insured and not eligible for damage claims.

General Policy
Due to the unique nature of collectible graded comics, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each professionally graded comic is authenticated, sealed, and certified by a third-party grading company (CGC, CBCS, or PSA). The grade, condition, and details are clearly displayed on the certification label and in our listings.
Shipping Damage Claims
In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, we will review claims on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- 1Signature Required: The shipment must have been delivered with signature confirmation. Items delivered without obtaining a signature are not eligible for damage claims.
- 2Immediate Documentation: You must document the damage immediately upon receipt, including photos of the packaging and the item before any attempt to open or alter the slab.
- 3Timely Notification: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage to the graded slab case.
- 4Insurance Claim Process: Approved damage claims will be processed through our shipping insurance. Resolution may include repair, replacement (if available), or partial/full refund at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind after purchase
- Disagreement with the grade assigned by CGC, CBCS, or PSA
- Minor cosmetic imperfections in the slab case that do not affect the encapsulated comic
- Items where signature confirmation was waived or unavailable
- Damage claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery

We accept all major payment methods through eBay including PayPal, credit cards, debit cards, and eBay gift cards. For direct purchases, please contact us to discuss payment options.

Graded comics should be stored upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid extreme temperature changes and high humidity. Many collectors use comic storage boxes or display cases designed for CGC slabs.
